Shipping
All orders are dispatched after 2-5 business days. After placing your order, we will begin to process your order's information, which typically takes 12-24 hours. Once we've processed your order, your item(s) will be shipped from our factory warehouse to our sorting centre, which will take an additional 2-4 business days. Whilst your items are in our sorting centre they will be ran through our quality assurance and check process. After this they will be sent out to you staying in accordance with the shipping time and option you selected whilst checking out. After your item(s) are shipped you will receive your tracking code via email within 12-24 hours. Throughout the whole process we will make sure to keep you updated with the status of your order!
Returns and Refunds
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition with all tags attached. To start a return head to the profile icon in the top right and go to your order history page. The request a return section is at the bottom of the page. Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 working days. For more details, please refer to our full Returns Policy.

Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders once the parcel is dispatched. To track your parcel, click the profile icon in the top right of our website and go to your order history page. Tracking is towards the bottom of the page. To track the order you can either use the carrier's tracking website, or 17track.net which will provide accurate updates on the status of your parcel.
